On a very bitter cold New Year’s Day in Atlanta, Auburn and UCF fans flooded the Georgia World Congress Center for the 2017 Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl FanFest. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl and events. It was great to be a part of this event for the second year in a row as a volunteer.
It was extraordinary because UCF makes its first appearance in the Peach Bowl as the remining unbeaten team to take on the Auburn Tigers. This is the sixth appearance for Auburn in the Peach Bowl.
Both fan bases brave the cold this morning to enjoy the FanFest. It was great to interact with the fans and see their passion on display for their universities. The passion of fans makes an awesome fan experience.
The Fanfest is the ultimate pre-game destination for every fan. It is an interactive game day experience with food, games, entertainment, coaches’ panels, official limited-edition merchandise, giveaways, photo opportunities, and more. The 2017 Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl Fanfest included a pep rallies for Auburn and UCF fans to enjoy. Here are some of my photos from Fanfest.
