Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline that includes breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. Yoga is widely practiced for health and relaxation. Yoga is a daily exercise that I practice and I meditate before starting & ending my day. I make time to center myself, my thoughts and connect with the universe because it helps me balance my inner peace. I work out so much that Yoga & Meditation give me an opportunity to slow things down and connect with my inner self. Take the time to practice a few poses daily and mediate for at least 15-30 minutes. Watch how this exercise will change your thoughts, your surroundings and your inner peace.
