Georgia State 38 – Abilene Christian 37 (8.27.2014 at The Georgia Dome)

Nick Arbuckle threw for 413 yards and four touchdowns as the Georgia State Panthers ended their 16 game losing streak last night by beating the Abilene Christian Wildcats 38-37 at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. Panthers Wil Lutz booted a 26 yard field goal that proved to be the game-winner. This game will be remembered by the penalties and turnovers. Georgia State racked up 99 yards on 12 penalties while Abilene Christian racked up 86 yards on nine penalties. Georgia State’s next game will be at home against New Mexico State at 2 P.M. in the Georgia Dome.
